EXHIBITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EXHIBIT HOURS:

Exhibits are open Thursday, July 19 from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm, Friday, July 20 from 7:30 am until 1:30 pm, and on Saturday, July 21 from 7:00 am until 10:30 am. You may set up on Thursday beginning at 3:00 pm. Exhibits must be broken down by 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 21.

DEADLINE:

To be included in the printed program, reservation forms and full payment must be postmarked no later than July 1, 2018.

SECURITY & LIABILITY:

Exhibitors agree to assume the entire responsibility and be insured for their own items of value and any type of liability incurred. Under this agreement, Exhibitors release SERGG, Inc., its agents and the Renaissance Marriott Hotel from liabilities of any kind.

Promotional materials may not be displayed or distributed in the educational space immediately before, during, or after the CME activity. Exhibitor may not engage in sales or promotional activities, pass out business cards, or take part in the educational discussion while in the space or place of the CME activity.

SHIPPING :

Items may be shipped directly to the hotel and should be shipped to arrive no more than 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Please be advised the hotel may charge you for storing your items and for receiving or shipping more than 5 boxes.

DISCLAIMER:

This exhibit is open to suppliers of products appropriate to the field of genetics. SERGG, Inc. reserves the right to select as exhibitors those whose products reflect and support the mission of the meeting. Exhibitor participation in the meeting does not indicate endorsement of said products by SERGG, Inc.

REFUNDS:

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and be received by Mary Rose Simpson, Secretary/Treasurer (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) no later than July 1, 2018. An administration fee of $100 will be retained on all refunds. No refunds will be made if space is not used, nor will any refunds be made on space used for a portion of the exhibit period. Subletting of space is not permitted.
